RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
The sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree 206/05, which provides for the possibility for the buyer (private only) to exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 15 days from receipt of the goods.
This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price.
The only exceptions are shipping costs and bank charges, which are in any case to be borne by the customer.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS.
In the event that, within 12 months from the delivery of the purchased products, defects of conformity, to be considered already existing at the time of delivery, the Buyer has the right to request the replacement of the products.
Under penalty of forfeiture, it is the Buyer's responsibility to report the conformity defect to CET di M. Casara within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect, and prove that it is a conformity defect existing at the time of conclusion of the sale.
The action aimed at asserting the defects not maliciously hidden by the seller shall, in any case, be prescribed within 12 months from delivery.
Any costs incurred for the verification of the product and for the shipment of the same, if it is found to be intact and free of the lack of conformity complained of and referable to the date of delivery, contrary to what declared by the Purchaser, shall be borne by the Purchaser himself.
Without prejudice to the above, for any reports, complaints, requests for information, the Buyer may contact CET di M. Casara at info@typ-sviz-14-repair.online quoting the order number with the e-mail confirmation of registration.
CONDITIONS OF SALE.
The prices indicated on the website www.typ-sviz-14-repair.online for the products are exempt from VAT.

A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of the tax data, then sent with the goods or later by e-mail (for companies or firms requesting an invoice, the VAT number and Tax Code is required, for private individuals the Tax Code).
The package will be delivered to your home by a specialized courier. In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice may be left.
Goods that are defective, damaged or sent by mistake will be replaced with the responsibility of its employees, provided that the presence of alleged defects, faults or damage to the goods is promptly reported by registered mail AR.
The customer may return the goods to our premises in via G. Finozzi, 35 - 36034 MALO (VI).
The items must be intact and in the original conditions, our staff will then provide for the refund due within the terms of the law and net of shipping and / or bank charges.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN.
You can cancel your order within two weeks of receipt.
You can return new and unused products within 15 days after delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
