Personal data protection code.

Legislative Decree 196/2003 has introduced the code for the protection of personal data. In compliance with the provisions of this code, the processing of personal data by our organization is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights of the persons to whom the data refers. The data controller is required to provide you with information regarding the use of your personal data.

Purpose of the treatment

The personal data provided by you will be processed by our organization, with the aim of collecting and satisfying the requests that you want to make and to provide the services that you want to request.

Optional provision of data

We remind you that the provision of your personal data is optional, but refusal may make it impossible to process your request.

Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as Data Processors or Persons in Charges

Your personal data may be known only to the owner and representative of the processing of personal data, as well as to the site administrators and employees of CET, identified as Data Processors. Exclusively for the purposes described above (see paragraph: Purpose of processing), third party companies providing services for our web area may become aware of your personal data, after having been designated as Data Processors and guaranteeing the same level of protection.

Methods of data processing

The data you provide will also be processed by CET's internal and external employees and agents, for the purpose of measuring the satisfaction of customers, users and subscribers and for the provision of services. Your registration may be required in order to obtain access to certain sites and services owned by CET, which require password protection. For security and transparency reasons you are required to provide truthful and accurate information on the registration form and to inform CET in a timely manner of any changes relevant to your registration (e.g. changes of name or address). CET has the right to deny you access to password-protected sites and services by blocking your user ID and password at any time, without notice and for any reason. The data provided by you, collected by electronic means, will be recorded and possibly processed on magnetic media and stored on special databases that may reside at server farms of non-EU hosting providers.

Measures for the security of personal data

We specify that our organization implements the necessary organizational, physical and logical measures to ensure the security of data, with particular reference to the provisions of Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Technical regulations on minimum security measures.

Rights of the interested party

You may always exercise your rights under Article 7 D. lgs 196/2003, including the right to access the data, to request updating or, if necessary, cancellation (or transformation into anonymous form) or blocking. In particular, the person concerned by the data processing has the right to obtain the indication:
